"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried ordering from sfigure.com, but the checkout process wore me out. The pages were loading slowly, and when I finally got to the payment step, it threw an error without explaining what went wrong.

The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late, which was annoying after I’d already filled everything out. I ended up having to go back and re-enter my information twice, and compared to other sites where checkout is quick and straightforward, this felt really clunky.

I gave up before finishing the order. The products might be perfectly fine, but the buying experience made me lose interest, especially when competitors make it so much easier to just pay and be done

"Wrong figure again, and I’m tired of it"
I ordered a specific figure from sfigure.com, but what arrived was a different version. The box art and a few smaller details didn’t match, so it wasn’t just me nitpicking or imagining it.

I went back and checked my order email, and it clearly showed the figure I actually wanted. Customer service asked for photos, which I sent, and then they basically brushed it off as being “similar” and offered a tiny discount.
At this point I’m just tired of dealing with the same kind of issue again. I didn’t order “similar,” I ordered a specific item and expected to get it. Definitely my first and last order from them.

"I ordered from Sfigure and the payment..."
I ordered from Sfigure and the payment itself went through without any issues. The card page looked secure enough, and I didn’t notice any weird charges afterward, so that part was okay.

That said, I feel like this kind of checkout process used to be better when sites showed payment protection details more clearly before you paid. I had to pause for a second because there wasn’t much reassurance up front, but in the end everything worked out fine.

"Stock info was a bit hit or miss"
The stock info wasn’t always accurate for me. A few things showed as available, but then they weren’t actually in stock when I tried to get them. Like it would say an item was ready, or available for pickup, or still on the shelf, and then it just wasn’t there. Happened with more than one thing, so it was a little frustrating.

"The figure itself looks legit to me, like..."
The figure itself looks legit to me, like the details and quality seem right. But the box was kind of off, and now I’m over here wondering if there’s some weird repackaging situation going on behind the scenes. Could be nothing, but it definitely made me pause.

"At Least the Pricing Was Honest"
I’ll give them this: the prices were actually shown upfront, which apparently is a lot to ask these days. No random mystery fees jumping out at checkout, so that was nice. It could definitely be a bit cheaper, but I guess transparency is something.

"Tired of chasing for basic replies"
It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, but I’m getting tired of having to chase companies just to get a simple response. Their replies were really slow, and I ended up following up twice before getting anywhere. The site itself was okay, but the communication made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Tracking hasn’t updated at all"
I ordered from sfigure.com and at first everything seemed normal, but the tracking just stopped moving for days. I kept checking it like that would somehow make it update, but nothing changed. There wasn’t really a clear explanation or much help, so now it just feels like my package is sitting somewhere and nobody knows what’s going on.

"Refund took way too long"
Well... I asked for a refund and the whole process was just frustrating. Replies were slow, then I had to wait even longer with no clear updates. It felt messy overall, i wouldn’t order from them again after this.

"Mostly accurate, but the details kept shifting"
The product details on sfigure.com were mostly right, but a few things felt kind of vague. The size info wasn’t super clear, and some of the photos didn’t show enough angles to really know what I was getting. It also felt a bit like moving goalposts, where I thought I understood the item from the listing, but then small things didn’t quite match what I had in mind. It was still close to what I expected, just not perfect. Not terrible, but they could definitely do better with the descriptions

"Shipping cost killed the order for me"
I was ready to place an order on sfigure.com, but once I got to checkout the shipping cost was just way higher than I expected. I even reached out and the reply was basically like, “shipping is calculated by weight and location,” which I get, but it still made the total feel not worth it. The products might be great, but the delivery fee pretty much ruined the deal for me, so I ended up backing out. I wish they had more shipping options or at least some cheaper rates available

"A bit slow to respond, but not bad"
It took support a little while to get back to me, so I wasn’t sure at first if my message had been missed. Once they did reply, though, the help was fine. Nothing amazing, but from my experience, it was decent enough overall

I reached out to support twice and didn’t get anything useful back either time. I was hoping for at least some direction, but it mostly felt like I was just going in circles, which is frustrating when you’re already trying to fix an issue.

"Promo Code Didn’t Work"
I tried using a discount code they were promoting, but it wouldn’t go through at checkout. I contacted them about it and only got a generic response back, nothing that actually helped. It’s frustrating when a site advertises deals that you can’t even use. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle, and I won’t be ordering from sfigure.com again

"Preorder took a bit longer than I expected"
I preordered and it did take longer than I thought it would. I’m probably forgetting some of the small details, but overall it was mostly fine once everything finally came through. Not a terrible experience, just a little slower than I’d hoped.

"Broken Figure, Scratched Box, and I Nearly Lost My Mind"
My figure showed up with a broken arm and the box all scratched up, which felt like a full-on disaster the second I opened it. I sent photos to support right away, but they just kept asking me the same questions over and over like I was stuck in some endless customer service loop. In the end, they offered a tiny refund instead of a replacement, which was so frustrating. The whole thing was slow, annoying, and way more stressful than buying a figure should ever be.

"I kind of went with the usual shortcut..."
I kind of went with the usual shortcut of assuming it would be decent based on the look and price, and it is... just not amazing. It works fine, but once I had it in hand, it felt a little flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected. Not terrible, just okay

I went in hoping to grab few things, but selection was bad. Most of stuff I wanted was out of stock, so I ended up leaving with almost nothing.
